2. Data we process
Contact and investor inquiry fields (name, email, company, message) when you submit a form. Voluntary support is provided by bank transfer only — we do not process card numbers or SEPA mandates on this website. Technical logs required for security. Optional cookie-free page-view analytics (path, referrer, session hash — no raw IP storage) if enabled.
3. Purposes & legal bases
Responding to inquiries (Art. 6 (1)(b)/(f) GDPR), site security (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Bank transfers are processed by your bank and N26 under their own responsibility.
4. Processors / hosting
Website hosting: Vercel (or the host configured for loomlytic.com). Database (if configured): your own PostgreSQL. Transactional email for investor inquiries: Resend, if enabled. Data processing agreements apply with processors.
5. Retention
Inquiry data until processed, then deleted or archived as required by law. Server logs only as long as necessary for security.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority (in Germany: the state data protection authority).
7. Cookies
Essential cookies only where required for session/admin. No non-essential trackers by default. No payment cookies — no Stripe on this site.
